Italy backs down on oppostion to EU arrest warrant

Italy has backed down on its opposition to new EU anti-terror laws.

The 14 other EU member states had already endorsed plans for a Europe-wide arrest warrant covering 32 crimes ranging from terrorism to money-laundering and child pornography.
