A woman who stole letters from the luxury penthouse flat of England captain David Beckham and his wife Victoria was today sent to crown court to be sentenced.

Chinyelu Mary Obue hired a taxi to take her 230 miles from her home in Scotland to the Beckhams’ home in the affluent Cheshire village of Alderley Edge.
