Rebels bomb Coca Cola factory
Maoist rebels have bombed a Coca Cola factory in Nepal’s capital Kathmandu the first attack in the country’s hub since a state of emergency was imposed in the Himalayan kingdom.
No one was injured, police said.
Two bombs went off before workers had reported for morning duty today, and the blast damaged some equipment and part of the boundary wall, police officials said.
The military took up position around the Balaju industrial area where the factory is located.
