Suspected terrorist car bomb in Birmingham

Police in Birmingham are treating a car bomb explosion in the city last night as "a serious crime" and have not ruled out a terrorist connection.

The explosion happened as bomb disposal experts attempted to carry out an examination in the King's Heath area of the city.
