Four children die as shell explodes in Gaza Strip

Four children have died in the southern Gaza Strip after a tank shell exploded.

The children were apparently all members of the same family and a fifth child was wounded.

They on their way to the UN-run elementary school in the Khan Younis refugee camp when the shell exploded.

Abu Ola, the Palestinian security commander, says it appears the children picked up an unexploded Israeli shell, setting off the explosion.
