British Foreign Secretary denies rift between UK and US

British Foreign Secretary, Jack Straw, has dismissed suggestions of divisions between the UK and the US over the military and political strategy in the Afghanistan campaign.

Mr Straw says London and Washington are pursuing a common aim to bring stability to the country.
