World summit aims to clean up toilet culture

Tidy Singapore has long been flushing with pride over its reputation for clean public toilets - and now the city-state is set to host a world summit meeting on lavatory culture.

The Inaugural World Toilet Summit on November 19 to 21 will open with a mime performance ‘‘depicting desirable and undesirable toilet behaviours,’’ organisers said today in a media invitation to the event.
