Kabul capture may yield clues to bin Laden’s hide-out

The capture of Kabul and other northern Afghan cities may yield an even bigger prize - information on the movements of Osama bin Laden and other leaders of al-Qaida and the Taliban, US officials said.

US and British special forces accompanying Northern Alliance commanders are searching for computer disks, maps, documents and other items left behind by the Taliban that might contain useful intelligence.
