Commander of Bosnian prison camp jailed for 15 years

The Bosnian-Serb commander of a notorious prison camp was jailed for 15 years today after pleading guilty to persecuting Muslims and Croats during the Balkan Wars.

Prosecutors dropped charges of genocide against Dusko Sikirica after he agreed to admit the persecution charge.
