Britons to appear in Greek court for 'spying'
Twelve Britons are expected to appear in a Greek court tomorrow on spying charges.
They have allegedly taken photographs of a military air base.
The men and women have been held since Thursday in the south-east town of Kalamata.
Photographing military installations in Greece is forbidden and police and military authorities have in the past detained and released numerous foreign tourists for doing so.
The Foreign Office has confirmed the group are in police custody. Earlier reports indicated they had been released.
