British govt to publish 'incriminating' bin Laden dossier

The British government is to publish a dossier of comments by Osama bin Laden which it believes definitively incriminates him over the September 11 terror attacks on the US.

It will include details from videos produced by bin Laden and circulated around the Arab world since the attacks.
