Blair defends US use of cluster-bombs

British Prime Minister Tony Blair has defended the use of cluster-bombs in the ongoing US attacks against Afghanistan.

Mr Blair denied that the US is deliberately targeting civilians in Afghanistan and said the "vast majority" of attacks are nowhere near civilians.
