Parents blame 11 baby deaths on lack of oxygen cylinders

Eleven premature babies died within 24 hours at a hospital in northern India, with parents saying six of them suffocated because it had run out of oxygen cylinders.

The hospital director denied that was the problem, saying a high death rate among premature babies is normal.
