Israel delays West Bank pullout after bomb attack

Israel has delayed withdrawing from some Palestinian towns following a bomb attack on a Jewish settlement.

While the country has pulled out of Qalqilya, soldiers remain in parts of Jenin, Ramallah and Tulkarem.
