Anthrax sent to NY Mayor's office

Traces of anthrax have been found on a package sent to the New York Mayor’s office from the NBC television network.

The spores are believed to have originated from another tainted letter.

Meanwhile, health officials have reported that spores have also been found at a veteran affairs hospital in Washington.

These could also have come arrived through cross-contamination.
