Blair arrives in Jerusalem

British Prime Minister Tony Blair today arrived in Jerusalem on the latest leg of his Middle East diplomatic mission - urging nations in the region to ‘‘re-begin’’ the peace process.

Mr Blair flew in from the Jordanian capital Amman after talks there with King Abdullah, who accused Muslim extremists ‘‘of trying to hijack our religion’’.
