Anthrax produced in 'well equipped labs' - White House

White House spokesman, Ari Fleischer has said that the anthrax attacks on America can only be produced by Phd microbiologists as it is a sophisticated strain of the bacteria.

He also confirmed that it will have to have been produced in well a equipped biology laboratory.
