315 dead in Vietnam floods

At least 315 people have died in floods in Vietnam.

Heavy rains and whirlwinds are responsible for the flooding, which has claimed the lives of around 240 children.

Ten people became the most recent victims after drowning in the high waters of Central Vietnam.
