Palestine outlaw group that claimed assassination
The Palestinian leadership has outlawed the group that has claimed responsibility for the assassination of Israeli Cabinet minister, Rehavam Zeevi.
At its weekly meeting in Gaza on Sunday, the Palestinian National Security Council singled out the armed wing of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine.
Israeli Foreign Minister Shimon Peres has also offered assurances that Israel has no intention of remaining in areas of the West Bank under the control of the Palestinian Authority.
