Pakistani border guards have opened fire to force back a crowd of hundreds of Afghan refugees.

Doctors at a local hospital say a 13-year-old boy was struck by a bullet. Officials claim they fired in the air as the crowd surged forward and began throwing stones. Police say two border guards were slightly injured by stones.
