Early morning bombs target Taliban installations

Five bombs exploded north and north-east of Kabul this morning as high-flying jets dropped bombs on an area where military installations are located.

No casualties were reported after the 7.30am (0300 Irish time) strike, officials at Kabul’s hospitals said.
