NY Mayor angered by Saudi Prince's comments

New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani has refused to accept a $10m donation for the victims of the attack on the World Trade Centre because the man who offered it criticised US foreign policy.

Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal visited the site of the wrecked twin towers and offered $10m to help the victims but he also told Mr Giuliani that the US should adopt a more partial role in its dealings between Israel and Palestine.
