Al-Qaida threatens fresh campaign against US

Osama bin Laden’s al-Qaida network has called for Muslims across the world to join a holy war against America and its allies.

In an address on the Arabic TV station Al-Jazeera, a spokesman for al-Qaida, Sulemain Abu Gheit, threatened a new wave of suicide attacks and said "there are thousands of young people who look forward to death".
