US continues attacks on Afghanistan

The United States has carried out a third night of attacks against Afghanistan followed by daylight raids on the southern city of Kandahar, the stronghold of the Taliban regime.

According to Taliban sources, three bombs hit Kandahar at around 7.15am local time. Kabul, the capital, is reportedly quiet this morning.
