Ban on New York mayor's girlfriend remains

A New York appeals court has upheld a ruling that bars Mayor Rudolph Giuliani’s girlfriend from visiting Gracie Mansion, his official residence, while his children live there.

Judges, in a majority vote, said lower court judge was right to bar Judith Nathan from the residence to avoid an accidental meeting between her and Giuliani’s two children.
