World's classiest women revealed in magazine poll

Isabella Rossellini has topped a magazine poll of the 100 classiest women of all time.

Dolly Parton was in second place, followed by Mo Mowlam, Madonna and Vivienne Westwood.

Your Life asked a panel of celebrities including Jasper Conran, Tamara Beckwith and Graham Norton for their choices.

The top 10 also included Mariella Frostrup, Hillary Clinton, Nigella Lawson, Helen Mirren and Joanna Lumley.

Your Life editor Mary Frances said: "Whilst you might expect the Katharine Hepburns or the Brigitte Bardots of this world to be topping the list, these women were chosen for their different approach to style and beauty and their ability to reinvent themselves - real classy chicks!"

Victoria Beckham failed to make the list, and Liz Hurley and Julia Roberts only just made the top 100.
