At least four people have died in Brazil after two days of heavy rain triggered mudslides and flash floods in the south of the country.

At least four people have died in Brazil after two days of heavy rain triggered mudslides and flash floods in the south of the country.

The four died in Santa Catarina state, where 25 cities were forced to declare a state of emergency because of the worst flooding in 16 years.
