Rodney King arrested on drugs, flashing charges

Rodney King, whose videotaped beating by police officers led to the 1992 Los Angeles riots, has been arrested on charges of exposing himself.

King, 36, was arrested on Saturday after police stopped the car he was travelling in near a Pomona park, California. According to police, King displayed symptoms of PCP intoxication.
