Special forces are inside Afghanistan - White House

A senior official in the Bush administration has confirmed that US and British special forces are currently operating inside Afghanistan.

Speaking on condition of anonymity, the official said the troops have conducted scouting missions in area of the country where the West believes suspected “terrorists” are hiding.
