Taliban arrests British journalist

Afghanistan’s Taliban rulers have arrested a female journalist from Britain in the north-east of the country, according to the Afghan Islamic Press.

The woman, identified as Yvonne Ridley, was reportedly working for the London Express News and was dressed in Afghan attire and veil.
