Bin Laden 'planning new terror strikes'

British Minister for Europe Peter Hain has warned Osama bin Laden is planning fresh terrorist attacks over the coming weeks.

Speaking on BBC Question Time last night, Mr Hain did not say where intelligence agencies believed the likely targets were.
