Evidence shows bin Laden's guilt, says US

The US is promising to lay out evidence which it claims makes Osama bin Laden's guilt in the terrorist attacks "very obvious to the world".

Secretary of State Colin Powell says the Government will put forward a persuasive case that al-Qaida, led by the terrorist mastermind, was responsible.
