No hope of finding US survivors

All hopes of finding anyone alive in the rubble of New York’s World Trade Centre seem to have disappeared.

As relatives of the victims join other New Yorkers in holding candles and praying, the city’s mayor Rudy Giuliani said it would take a miracle to find survivors among the rubble.
