Boeing to lay off 30,000 workers

Plane manufacturer Boeing is reportedly planning to lay off 30,000 employees because of the crisis facing the aviation industry following last week’s attacks in the United States.

The company is reportedly preparing to shed 30% of its commercial airliner workforce.
