'Conditions 'set ' for bin Laden handover

Afghanistan's ruling Taliban regime has set out conditions for the transfer of Saudi dissident Osama bin Laden, according to early reports.

Pakistan media claimed the Government's spiritual leader Mullah Mohammed Omar has demanded that bin Laden be allowed to go to a neutral Islamic country to face trial.
