Pakistan leaves Afghan refugees stranded

Pakistan has left an estimated 10,000 Afghan refugees stranded in the desert with no food or medicine after closing its border with Afghanistan yesterday.

Pakistan has sealed the border after agreeing to help the United States to launch military strikes against Afghan targets.
