Bush promises justice for America

President Bush said that the terrorists, who carried out the attacks, would be brought to justice.

He said: "We are at war. There has been an act of war declared against America by terrorists and we will respond accordingly. We will find those who did it, we will smoke them out of their holes, we will get them running and we will bring them to justice.
