Israeli troops surround Jenin

Israeli troops and tanks have surrounded the West Bank town of Jenin in retaliation for a suicide bombing by an Israeli-Arab that killed three civilians in the northern town of Nahariya at the weekend.

Israel has said Palestinian militants from Jenin conspired with the Arab to carry out the attack.
