Internet twins' mother charged with fraud

Tranda Wecker, the birth mother whose twins were caught up in a transatlantic adoption dispute, has been charged with fraud.

Wecker, 29, of St Louis, was indicted on nine counts of filing false statements to obtain Government benefits and one count of mail fraud.
