Spanish authorities are investigating a hospital in Valencia where 11 patients have died this year after they received kidney dialysis treatment, a regional Government spokesman said today.

Spanish authorities are investigating a hospital in Valencia where 11 patients have died this year after they received kidney dialysis treatment, a regional Government spokesman said today.

The regional Government closed the kidney dialysis treatment services at Virgen del Consuelo hospital yesterday after it was revealed that six patients had died this month, including three in one day, while receiving the treatment.
