Former Yugoslav dictator Slobodan Milosevic will make his second appearance before the UN War Crimes Tribunal in the Hague today.

The former president is still refusing to acknowledge the jurisdiction of the court and will appear again without a lawyer. Milosevic has been charged with crimes against humanity arising out of his brutal crackdown on ethnic Albanians in Kosovo in 1999.
