Small explosion in ethnic Albanian area of Macedonia
There has been a small explosion in Macedonia, as NATO enters day three of Operation Essential Harvest in the country.
The blast went off in the ethnic Albanian part of the capital, Skopje. It had been placed in a rubbish bin in a schoolyard and was the third blast in as many days.
So far, no one has been injured in any of the blasts, all of which were planted in ethnic Albanian areas.
Meanwhile, NATO officers northeast of Tetovo say the rebels are complying with the terms of their agreement that commits them to surrendering thousands of arms.
