Air France carries out first Concorde test flight

Air France said it carried out the first in a series of technical test flights on one of its Concorde planes, the F-BVFB, this morning after the aircraft was awarded its certificate of airworthiness following various changes made to the plane's structure as a result of last year's crash.

Air France said it carried out the first in a series of technical test flights on one of its Concorde planes, the F-BVFB, this morning after the aircraft was awarded its certificate of airworthiness following various changes made to the plane's structure as a result of last year's crash.

The flight lasted two and a half hours, with most of the test carried out in subsonic conditions.
