Israeli helicopters have fired missiles at a car in the West Bank, the latest strike in an assassination policy against leading Palestinian activists.

Two missiles struck the car in Nablus, wounding four men, but for the second day in a row, the intended target survived. Jihad al-Mussaimi, a member of the Fatah movement, jumped out of the car before it was destroyed and suffered just minor injuries to his leg.
