Blaze hotel owner to co-operate with authorities

The owner of the Philippine hotel that caught fire killing 72 people said he would give himself up for questioning about the tragedy.

The man is expected to face several criminal charges in connection with Saturday’s blaze as the hotel had a poor safety record.
