A woman who sedated her three sons so she could go out drinking was jailed today for three-and-a-half years for the boys’ deaths in a house fire.

Jamesetta Shealeay, 29, pleaded guilty to three counts of second-degree manslaughter for the deaths of the boys, ages two to six, in the January 2000 house fire in Spokane, Washington. It was ruled accidental.
