Woman accused of drowning kids claims insanity

The US woman accused of drowning her five children in a bath earlier this year has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity on two counts of capital murder.

Prosecutors said a court-ordered evaluation determined she is legally competent to stand trial, but her defence team has asked for a hearing to see the evidence the doctor used to determine that she is competent.
