Israel attacks Palestinian police HQ

Israeli attack helicopters have fired rockets at the Palestinian police headquarters in Gaza City.

At least four explosions were heard during the attack, which came as several civilians were in the building.

Ambulances quickly arrived on the scene, but there are no immediate reports of the extent of injuries received.

The police headquarters was near Yasser Arafat's Gaza home and offices, but the Palestinian leader was out of the region at the time of the attack.
