Police admit missing intern may never be found

Police in America hunting for missing Washington intern Chandra Levy have admitted they may never find her.

The chief of the force leading the investigation says there is nothing to point detectives in one direction or another.

Gary Condit, the Congressman who has admitted to having an affair with her, is under increasing pressure to resign.

The politician has denied being involved in her disappearance and police say he is not a suspect.
