18 hurt in underground train fire
More than a dozen people have been treated for smoke inhalation after a fire broke out in a Berlin underground train.
Fire officials at the scene say 18 people were injured, 14 of whom suffered from smoke inhalation.
The fire started when a short-circuit sparked a small blaze in the last carriage of the train in the Wedding district.
The engineer stopped the train and more than 100 passengers were evacuated to the nearest station.
Firefighters quickly extinguished the blaze, and pushed the damaged car to the nearest station for repairs.
